• Errors and alarms are displayed in red with the associated icon

• Warnings are displayed in yellow with an associated icon

• You can filter on specific messages by clicking at the top and selecting the messages you want to see.

Version data

• Modem - Here you see the version of your device's modem

• PLC - The version of the PLC

• HMI - Version on HMI

Modem data

• Serial Number - Here is the device's serial number.

• IMEI - The unique identification of the device. When contacting support, this can be interesting.

• IMSI - Not sure what this is / used for

• ICCID - The device's SIM card unique identification. If you have several SIM cards, this may vary

• Last ping - Time when we last received a message from the device. If this date is a long time ago, it could be that your device is not working properly.

Device data

• GPRS signal - Here you see which signal type it is connected to and how strong the signal is in percentage.

• GPS Satellites - How many satellites the device can access and send its position to.

• Angle - What angle the device is in. If it has fallen over, it will be shown here.

• CloudStatus - What kind of connection the device has. On/off/power saving mode

• Latitude - The device's vertical position in the world

• Longitude - The device's horizontal position in the world

• Red lamp - The brightness of the red lamp in milliamps

• Green light - The brightness of the green light in milliamps
