Send the unit for service

If the unit requires service, you can register it for service here. While the unit is undergoing service, it will not be available for use.

To send the unit for service, you need to provide the following information:

  • Reason for service

  • Return address (the address where the unit should be sent once the service is completed)

  • Invoice information (how any applicable invoice should be labeled)

Once you have submitted the service request, the service team will receive the unit upon arrival at the service facility. The unit will then be marked as unavailable. You still have the option to recall the service request via the side panel or by using the QR code.

When the service is completed, the unit will be returned to you. You can accept it via the side panel or by scanning the QR code on the unit to start using it again.
