User settings

Click the arrow icon at the top right of the screen to get to the User settings menu. In this menu you can change the organisation and language, get some help, change password and log out from BerlexConnect.

Organisation - Chose organisation to work with
Language - Language to be displayed in BerlexConnect.
Help - BerlexConnect help.

Profile

Under the menu Profile, you can change your name, e-mail, mobile number and control automatic logout and turn off/on two-factor authentication (2FA) and delete the account.

  • Name - The name that appears in BerlexConnect, mail and for information.

  • Email - The email used to receive alarms, information and login.

  • Mobile phone number - Your phone number for alarms, information and for possible two-factor authentication.

  • Automatic logout - For users who want to make sure that no one changes anything when leaving the computer unattended. Allows the user to set a time before automatically logging the user off when they haven't used the page for a while.

  • Two factor authentication (2FA) - Ability for organizations to have two-factor authentication (2FA). This is a more secure login method that requires two different forms of identification. If this setting is turned on, sub departments inherit the setting. Upon first login the user receives an email with information about what is required to be able to log in with 2FA. After that the user will get 2FA login every 14th day and every time the user logs on from a different unit.

  • Delete account - Delete the user account.
