In this dialog you you will set up system name, handlers and alarms.

Name of the system - Enter a name for the system.

Advanced settings

Yellow time (s) - Default time is set to 4 but it's possible to set 2, 3, 4 or 5 seconds of yellow before it goes to green or red.

Reduced operator access - Prevents users accessing via QR-code to: change system name, alarm settings, battery levels and deleting the system.

Handle alarms

Here is where you set up how you want to receive information if something goes wrong with the system (low battery level, the signal has failed, etc).

Select users to receive system alarm - Choose users or enter email addresses/phone numbers for those who will receive the alarms that may occur.

Enter existing users in your organization for system alerts.
Specify additional recipients of system alarms with telephone or email addresses.

When a user has been set up, a blue icon shows that leads to the dialog Alarm settings. These settings are changed from Alarm settings at the top right of the user menu.

What time of day should alarms be sent?

From: and To: - Alarms are sent between selected times.

All day - Alarms are sent out around the clock.

On which days should alarms be sent?

Default is Monday - Sunday and this is picked up from Alarm settings at the top right of the user menu.

How should the alarms be sent?

Which alarms should be sent?

All alarms are checked by default and it's possible to tick of unwanted alarms.

Hidden alarm receivers
Only Super Admin has the possibility to add BerlexConnect users and external receivers.

Additional number to receive system alarms - mobile number.
Additional e-mail to receive system alarms - e-mail.

Battery Alarm Levels (Volts)
Here you can set the levels at which you want devices to report that they are starting to get low voltage. You can set up to 3 levels to get granularity in the alerts you receive.
